What is a neuropsychological evaluation?A neuropsychological evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of how a person thinks, learns, and functions in daily life. It explores cognitive, academic, executive functioning, emotional,and behavioral strengths and challenges to provide meaningful insights and practical recommendations.

What is the first step?We start with a free 20-minute phone consultation, where we: ✔ Review your concerns ✔ Explain our practice philosophy & testing approach ✔ Determine if an evaluation is the best next step (or if another service may be a better fit) After this call, families work with our Clinical Care Coordinator to schedule the evaluation and complete consents & history forms via our secure HIPAA-compliant portal.

What does the evaluation process involve?1. Virtual Parent Interview Before testing, we meet with caregivers to gather developmental, academic, and behavioral history. 2. In-Person Testing Typically completed over two sessions, lasting about 3 hours each. 3. Collateral Information We review records and speak with teachers, therapists, or other professionals (if applicable). 4. Feedback Session Two to three weeks after testing, we meet to review results and next steps. 5. Report Delivery Families receive a clear, comprehensive report with practical recommendations.

How long does the process take?From the initial consultation to the final report, the process typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on scheduling availability.

Do you offer accommodations during testing?Yes! We prioritize building rapport, creating a low-stress testing environment, and adapting our approach based on individual needs. If your child has anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or other concerns, let us know—we’ll work to make the experience as comfortable as possible.

How much does an evaluation cost?Full Neuropsychological Evaluation - $5,040 Accommodations Eligibility Evaluation - $3,360 Developmental Disability Evaluation - $900 Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) - $5,600 ✔ Fees include testing, collateral interviews, a detailed report, and a feedback session.

Do you accept insurance?We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide detailed invoices (superbills) that families can submit for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to ask about coverage for neuropsychological evaluations.

Do you offer payment plans?No, we do not offer payment plans. Full payment is required before testing.

How is post-evaluation coaching different from the feedback session?The feedback session (included in the evaluation) explains results and recommendations. Coaching (optional, paid service) helps families apply those recommendations and navigate next steps.

What types of consultations do you offer?For families who don’t need a full evaluation, we offer: ✔ Parent Consultations ($350) – One-on-one guidance on school supports & interventions ✔ Comprehensive School Consultations ($900) – Includes school observation, teacher input, and tailored recommendations ✔ IEP/504 Plan Review & Advocacy ($400) – Helps families understand school accommodations & prepare for meetings
